''Best of Ballads & Blues'' is a greatest hits compilation album from the American hard rock band Poison. It was released August 5, 2003 on Capitol Records. Unlike ''Poison's Greatest Hits: 1986-1996'', this compilation focuses on the group's power ballads and blues-oriented songs and also includes two new acoustic recordings of "Something to Believe In" (#2 with new lyrics) and "Stand". The compilation debuted at #141 on The Billboard 200 chart.
